What the first year costs

Clients typically sign on for one year, so first-year cost is the clearest way to compare. These figures are setup plus 12 months, with nothing else added.

One thing worth noticing: Response Engine plus the voice agent add-on costs almost the same to set up as Revenue Catalyst ($2,499 vs. $2,500). Revenue Catalyst runs $103 a month more, and for that it adds automated email and SMS follow-up, a social content planner, staff training, calendar syncing, and a website. If you need a website anyway, a basic 3–5 page site costs $750–$1,500 added to Response Engine, or $1,500–$3,000 without a plan. With Revenue Catalyst, the site is included.

After the first year, accounts move to month-to-month, and we offer savings for longer-term renewals.

Is an AI receptionist worth it for a small contractor?

Can I buy the AI voice agent on its own? No. To handle communication and scheduling the way it's designed to, the voice agent needs our CRM platform, so it's added on top of a package rather than sold alone.
